What motivates my blogging – Guest post by Brittney Oswald

Why do i blog and what motiviates and inspires me.

I posted this on twitter and had an amazing response -  as i personally write adn design websites and blogs, and my motivation is helping others, but my inspiration is my children, as they learn so much from me, the can continue to learn more, as they get older their mindset and knowledge gets stronger. there are a lot of topics that have been written by me in the past and will continue for the future. so i was curious to why others blog and what inspirers them.

This is one Blogger that is happy to share with us

What motivates and inspires your blogging ?

I was 28 years old when I realized that I was spending a majority of my time trying to save money. I'm sure everyone's goal in life is to make as much money as you can by working the least amount of hours. I don't mind working, but I wanted to be able to enjoy life and not look back at the last 10 years thinking "what did I do all those years?"

This is where blogging comes in. I would look on Pinterest everyday for New ideas. Interests for the last couple years have been downloading apps that gave me cash back, signing up for credit cards that provide cash back, saving money on food/restaurants through coupons and discounts, and taking old furniture from garage sales to make "rustic" and "new".  I realized that what I was doing was making me happy. I didn't view it as work, but when others caught on to what I was doing they would ask me how I did it.

So, I felt the need to blog about it. I was doing what I loved to do and would share it with everyone around me. Now don't get me wrong, my blog is small,  but maybe one day it will grow and others will be inspired by it.

Workweek Breakfast To-Go

I don’t know about you but I seem to NEVER have enough time in the morning to eat breakfast. When I get up a little earlier I end up spending more time in the bathroom putting on make-up. I usually will grab a cereal or granola bar (which never really fills me up), and then when I get to work I feel like I am starving. Sometimes if I didn’t have anything in the house I would run to the local coffee shop and spend around $5.00 for a “protein pack”. After realizing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day I have decided to meal prep breakfasts for the week.

When going to the grocery on Sunday (like every other person in the world) make a list of what to get. This week I am going to purchase a dozen eggs, 1 lb of grapes, a package of babybel cheese, and a package of unsalted almonds.

Fantastic Brittney - Thank you for sharing
